Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in any Ultrasound Insider program or purchasing digital materials, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

These programs are educational services designed to support registry preparation and performance strategy.

Enrollment confirms your understanding and acceptance of these policies.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of these programs, refunds are not available once access has been granted, materials have been delivered, or sessions have been scheduled.

Please ensure you are fully committed prior to enrollment.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be canceled once initiated. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to materials and services.

Rescheduling Policy (Coaching Programs)

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Rescheduled sessions area subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

Same day cancellations or missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
