I’m Sara, a registered sonographer, ultrasound supervisor, educator, and the founder of Ultrasound Insider.

I created Ultrasound Insider because sonographers deserve support that feels clear, practical, and encouraging, not overwhelming. Whether you are preparing for a registry exam, building confidence in the clinical setting, searching for your first job, or trying to protect your body throughout your career, you should not have to figure everything out alone.

With experience in both patient care and ultrasound leadership, I understand the challenges sonographers face at every stage—from learning difficult concepts and performing unfamiliar exams to managing the physical and mental demands of the profession.
